OUR STORY

Growing up my brother and I watched our parents work hard in their own fields. Everyday they showed us what real hard work looks like. They always supported us and that taught us the value of going after our own dreams.

When I (Yostin) turned 16, and my older brother (Alonso) turned 19, we were working at a local pizzeria getting paid minimum wage. Even then, we knew we wanted more. We always wanted to build something together. That's when we stumbled upon the idea of junk removal through Youtube.

That's when I got together with my brother and we discussed the idea of starting our own junk removal company together. We took the leap, got ourselves a truck, and began doing junk removal jobs around our community in Sonoma County, CA.

The jobs kept getting bigger and bigger, so we ended up buying our first dump trailer. When we needed extra help, we'd call in family or a few friends from high school to help us out.

From that point on, we spent our time after school and our summers focused on building our business to help the community stay clean and provide opportunities to our generation to get work experience for great pay!

We even had to rent out a yard to store all of the items we collected and have a dedicated area where we could save items to donate!

Now, 5 years later, Brothers Junk Removal has 5 employees, 2 trucks and 3  trailers with 7 dumpsters, and even a yard thanks to the amazing community who has supported our business!
